Policy for Cancellations

Dear friends and esteemed customers,

 

In lieu of the events occurring worldwide concerning the Coronavirus, we would like to communicate our commitment to you as your vendor. We place utmost value to you and your business, and we understand your responsibility to your clients.

For this reason, we are asking for your cooperation should you have a cancellation. In this case, please contact your account manager with considerable time ahead to make the changes.

 

  • Standing orders – Must advise of cancellation the Monday prior to shipping (one-week notice).
  • Regular orders – Daily orders are confirmed once the product has been purchased and the order is entered in the system.

Notifying us of any changes ahead of time will help us all minimize product loss and the operational costs involved in getting the flowers processed at farm and cargo level. We thank you for your comprehension in advance as we continue to serve you and your business needs.

We will continue to operate at regular business hours, while heeding all safety precautions and guidelines as advised by our public health sectors. All shipments continue to arrive regularly, and we have access to all products.
